@Phaedrux I got my hand on a new Bltouch...
can I use it or should I replace my board?

RE: NPN Z-Probe pin
@phaedrux I am using 24V on my printer but my NPN says 12-24v...
Also using the version:
Firmware Version: 2.02(RTOS) (2018-12-24b1)
WiFi Server Version: 1.26
Web Interface Version: 1.22.6 -
NPN Z-Probe pin
An accident occurred
I had visit last weekend and some one accidently unplugged my NPN and re-plugged it backwards (Current went directly in the Z-Probe pin).
Roughly something blew up and my Z-Probe is now always triggered.I am using a Duet Wifi 2 and I wanted to know if I could use any other pin as a Z-Probe pin and also if I can what code would I have to change in my config file.
Thanks you

Problem when Homing X & Y "Alone"
Recently I noticed that when I home X or Y, after it homed, my carriage move more on the X Axis.
When I home All it works great.
Also when I finish a print it homes to -2.5mm on the X-Axis.
I honestly do not know what causes this.
Here is my HomeX:; homex.g

I modified my CoreXY to have light CNC tool , I used it for a PCB project last year.
I am using it on a Duet Wifi. Thanks you for the link

A simple way to convert STL into CNC GCodes
My son asked me to mill something, time is an issue and I do not have the time to learn about CNC programming and different types of GCodes...
Is there a simple way to convert an STL into GCodes compatible with our board? Thanks

@fickert You may want to put some diagonal bracing on the side to keep the printer from twisting. On my corexy i made, I drilled access holes and tapped the extrusion ends to screw them together to not use any angle brackets.
I did think about this. Probably not a bad call at all. I was even thinking of doing some diagnal cable bracing as an alternative. Similar to pull barn structuring. Figure it's something I can add down the line.
I was wondering if you considered building an enclosure?
It would help for printing specific materials, strengthen your frame and keep it from bending and twisting. -
RE: BlTouch randomly deploys probe twice.
I do not know if this is the case, but I had this happenning to me a few months ago.
I found out that my BLTouch wire were damaged. The BLTouch would "reset" and deploys like when turned on.
IMO, you might have a damaged wire or possibly problem with your connectors.
I hope this helps.
