@wildblue DB2W40300L is a part number so you can look it up, basically a 3A 40V Schottky diode. D18 is a 1A fast recovery silicon diode rated 40V or greater.

If that's what you get when nothing else is connected to that 12V rail (i.e. no fans) except for the load that you test with, then it may be that the A4403 12V regulator chip has failed.

It will need the working path to be added to an M408 response, and for DWC to read that path to fix.

The M408 part is already implemented in RRF 2.05 and 3.0RC1. The other part should be in DWC 2.0.5.

When clearing probe 0 and then assigning my second probe to K0 it works, but that can only be a workaround so far.

I have to Probe to 0.01mm repeatable and must be able to make Sure the value i apply ist consistent.

This is to calibrate the Offset of my Z-Probe, the distance to the nozzle gets measured by another Probe in the system. And this calibration must be Filly Automatic, without a possible wrong measurement, which would infect every following measure.

That's easy to verify. Turn off compensation taper and repeat your experiment.

My wishlist this year has only one point. I want to be able to calibrate my z-probe automatically with "G30 S-3" and multiple probing, but that's another topic.

Latest 1.23.1, i think. Same issue with previous Release.

How is the PanelDue connected? 4 wire cable, shielded, 60cm? Tried replacing the cable already.

Is the extruder wiring running alongside the PanelDue wiring?
