@RafB You can use https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode#Section_M579_Scale_Cartesian_axes for scaling. However, I don't know the effect of doing this during a print.

@RafB, it's not unusual to get small scaling errors on delta printers. Either reduce the configured rod length (M665 L parameter) by the same percentage that the print is under-sized and then recalibrate, or use the M579 command in config.g to correct the X and Y scale.

One other thing that I noticed on the image is that the bed does not seem to be level this can also appear to be under extruding. If you look at the left side of the image the lines seem to be joining however on the right side the lines are not joining. This may indicate a none level build platform. The other item that you have to look at is the start height of the print. If the nozzle is too far away from the platform it will also appear to be under extruding at the plastic will not be squished and will appear narrow. This also looks like the first few layers of print. What happens if you complete this test cube. Does the infill get better as more layers get printed?

I'm using Simplify but I do not really care about these settings. Following some research, it seemed best. And for now it works except that I have this error message.
If anyone can help me better configure Simplify3D for Delta printer, I'm interested.

Well that is one way to do it as long as you do a probe every time the printer is turned on or the firmware reset or the printer is homed (I think need to test that).

I prefer to set the H parameter in M665 accurately so probing is not needed.

My probe is on a dedicated effector plate and it would be a bit of a pain to have to install it just to keep resetting the Z reference as needed.
