How have you deactivates the filament monitor? Please post the result of sending M591 D0 after you have deactivated it.

@phaedrux Thanks! I did not found any 3d of the pcb, but the kicad-project. So KiCad-StepUp helped me out:

Just FYI, we run toolboards in actively heated enclosures up to 80c without issue.. but water cooling would be quite the trick!
