      @Masterjuggler I don't think removing those extra headers has any effect - they're ignored by RRF anyway. As previously said, a Wireshark dump taken between Duet and middleware may help us further figure out what and how many headers need to be handled in your config scenario.

      I got the stepper dampers, and wow, night and day difference. Without a doubt the best thing since sliced bread. they isolate the steppers from the aluminum extrusion extremely well. According to my uncalibrated phone mic, they brought the noise down from 61dB to 48dB. Not a proper scientific study, but fun to play with.

      I brought the stepper current back down to 800mA, I didn't notice any noise difference between that and 1200mA with the dampers.

      I also got some sorbothane feet to reduce mechanical vibration transferring to my shelf and walls. Way better than felt feet. My next hurdle are the freaking jet engines I have for fans lol.

      Yes, you're right, I installed DWC 1.21.1 and firmware 2.0. I also said I downgraded, when in fact I had only downgraded DWC and the wifi server. The firmware doesn't seem to want to downgrade, even if I flash an older version, I didn't notice the downgrade didn't stick until I went to install DWC 1.21. In any case, running 2.0 and DWC/server 1.21 seems to be pretty stable.

      I'm glad that's working well for you. DurtWiFiServer.bin in the 2.0 release is version 1.21, same as in the 1.21 release. So it's only DuetWebControl that you have downgraded.
