@Phaedrux figured it out. It seems when I did the wrong pid tune command it may have reassigned my heater definition. I may not have noticed because it was in the config override ? I reset the board and redid all the files on my SD card from scratch with the latest firmware. Seems to be working fine now.

RE: Duet 2 Wifi heat bed oddity
@Phaedrux I did power cycle. No the temp does not move up at all.
Can't imagine if it is possible that the board or bed buggered as everything worked fine before the pid tuning. Nothing physical changed except powering on and off as necessary.
I may try completely replacing the whole firmware ( ie re do the SD card with all new files from scratch)
Don't know if there something that changed in the firmware settings tucked away in another file or something ...???

Duet 2 Wifi heat bed oddity
Odd situation that I need help with. Went to Pid tune my heat bed after changing out my Maestro board for duet 2 wifi. Reconfigured. Bed was working but after wanting to calibrate and sending the wrong pid command, I can't seem to get the bed to heat up now. Mistakenly sent an M303 E-1 S60 which immediately came back as complete. Tried the correct command afterward M303 H0 S60 and more get an error that says bed heating up to slowly. If I set a temperature on the heat bed in the dashboard it no longer heats up and I get the same too slowly message . Not sure what I have done or why the heat bed no longer works. Thermistor stays at room temp. ??
Firmware is current beta

Mid print extrusion issues now phase b error
I pulled a print off my bed this am after letting run overnight. Last part of print has major extrusion issues. Now when I try to extrude I get phase b errors. Clicking and no extrusion. If I connect the extruder to the next driver as T1 - all seems fine. Is it likely a bad driver / that my board is starting to go? I had the same thing happen to one of my fan connections a year or so ago. Had to use a separate fan port. Thoughts?

V 3.2 Firmware Heatbed PID tuning doesn't seem to finish
I ran the M303 command to re- pid tune after upgrading to V3.2. The tool 1 extruder tuning seemed to work fine but the bed tuning seems to get stuck on phase 4 - or is taking an extraordinary time to finish.
This is the command I sent - M303 H0 S60.
Thanks

RE: Is there a way to fix a blown fan0 output - Duet 2 Maestro V1.0
looks like my TR5 may be done. Haven't looked under any magnification but looks like a spot on it.
Where would I even get a replacement?

Is there a way to fix a blown fan0 output - Duet 2 Maestro V1.0
I think I may have blown my fan0. It is no longer working. Moved my fan to fan one all is fine. I can probably live with just using that output but....

RE: New heater tuning algorithm
Tried this and the cycle never seems to stop.

RE: 5v LED light is red....?
No issue really. Just wondering why it would be red not green. Seems like it might indicate a fault...??

Attempting to Pid tune my heat bed...
Hi, I am trying to pid tune my heat bed. I had it tuned by messed up and erased my config. Now the pid tuning seems to go on forever. More than 35 minutes. I tried sending a cycle value M303 H0 C5 S60 but still seems to go on a VEY long time. It seems to loop in phase 3. The note indicates "Auto tune starting phase 3, fan off" . I am not sure what fan it is referencing. I had to move my part cooling fan to f1 as f0 doesn't seem to work properly (wont turn on fan).

5v LED light is red....?
The 5v led along the side of my Duet Maestro by the reset button is red. Wondering what that means. The 3.3v is green...??

RE: BLTouch Smart 1.0 with Duet Maestro...
Thanks I got it working I believe. It triggers and stops Z. Now I just need to be able to verify the Z offset.

BLTouch Smart 1.0 with Duet Maestro...
Trying to setup my Duet Maestro to finally use my BLtouch Smart 1.0. Trying to get the config correct and running into troubles. I have repeatedly gone through the step by and even tried the config tool. It doesn't seem to get me all the way their. The BlTouch will retract and deploy but my value in thebrowser for Zprobe don't change... Does anyone have a sample config Essentially using a modded / extended linear rail based Ender 3 Pro (320 x 320 x 440 )with makerbot endstops.
The M280 Commands will deploy the pin.
The M280 P0 S10 extends the pin
The M280 P0 S90 retracts it
No value change in Zprobe section of webview.
Using V3 of Reprap Firmware btw -
RE: Sample Config file
I have a few known good thermistors I can check with. Thanks for your help.

RE: Sample Config file
@phaedrux My M305 command reads almost exactly the same except I don't have the last portion "Bed Heater" Also my board is a duet maestro do my R number is 2200 according to the docs.
I did have the extruder thermistor and heater connected. Not anything related to the bed. When I touch the extruder icon, I get the wiring fault error. The heat bed and anything attached to it are not installed yet. I expected the bed to show the wrong temp and wiring fault but am trying to get the extruder stuff configured and tested first.

Sample Config file
Anyone using NTC 3950 extruder heater and thermistor have a sample config file that they can share. I have been trying to get it set up, looked through forums and manual and it still shows 2000 degrees ( which seems to indicate no heater or a wiring fault). I have followed the wiring guide hardware wise so it seems I am missing something in the config file for firmware. I did find out earlier when having troubles with my Endstops that I needed to have them all connected for any testing to work. Wondering if that is the case here as well - I don’t have a heat bed connected yet. Thanks
