@droftarts so I was able to get the resume file to be created it just took some time for the capacitor to build a charge. Now the problem I have is with the offsets applied to make my print head square to the build plate the 0 position is off. When I press pause during a print it doesn’t return to limit switches it ends up coming up slightly short on X and Y.

RE: Duet 3 6HC V1.01 VS V1.02
@dc42 said in Duet 3 6HC V1.01 VS V1.02:
@weed2all the version 1.01 board has 12V and 5V buck regulators supplied by VIN, both rated at 40V. The version 1.02 has a different buck regulator circuit rated at 60V that provides 12V, and 5V buck regulator that is powered from that 12V rail. In addition the OUT mosfets on the version 1.02 are rated at 60V instead of 40V, and various capacitors are rated at 63V instead of 5V.
Can I apply 36 volts to this 1.01 with the VIN being rated at 40 volts

RE: M587 :No Wi-Fi interface available
My mistake, after reviewing old pictures and videos I had the 3wifi and replaced it with 6HC right before I stopped 3D printing.

RE: M587 :No Wi-Fi interface available
@gloomyandy I do not see it either. However I used my printer for year straight WIFI connected and all I let it sit for about 4 years did not change a single thing fired it right up, no problems besides the WIFI. I also created a new RepRap config file to see if any paths would be missing due to lack of updates over the years, the codes looked exactly the same.

M587 :No Wi-Fi interface available
So I decided to fire up my printer after a while, everything works perfectly but only allows me to connect via Ethernet cable - No Wi-Fi interface available. I just updated the firmware to the latest version my board is a duet3 6HC

RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Phaedrux the actual file name is ressurect-prolague.g
and yes G1 D2 3600 ; undo retraction D2 is my extruder pin there is no E on Duet3 -
RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Phaedrux This is what gets created after power failure ; resume.g
; called before a print from SD card is resumed

no ressurect.g file is created only resume.g

RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Phaedrux I can’t get resume after power failure to work. This is in my config M911 S10 R11 P"M913 X0 Y0 G91 M83 G1 Z3 E5 F1000" ; set voltage thresholds and actions to run on power loss.
I also created a resurrect-prologue file M116 ; Wait for temps
G28 ; Home all
M83 ; relative extrusion
G1 D2 3600 ; undo retractionIt creates a resume.g file when I run M916 it says error file not found
At one point in time this worked for my duet2 has any of the commands changed? I print for 100-200 hours at a time so this is very important.

RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@dc42 M503 VIA USB no results. Do you have to have PanelDue to resume print after power failure?
-
RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Phaedrux Screen didnt do anything. i uploaded firmware update via usb. Upload system files button in Duet Web Control. Check it is in the Duet's '0:sys' folder. If necessary, rename the file to 'PanelDueFirmware.bin'. still no luck
-
RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Veti 3 different usb cables and it worked. Thank you. I was able to upload a config through web interface stepper motors are working. Upgraded to 3.1.1 no luck on PanelDue yet.
-
RE: I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
@Phaedrux I have formatted SD card to spec. I have downloaded SD card files and put in config from RRF config tool Included M552 S1 M575 P1 B57600
Still haven’t gotten anything to happen yet No panel due No Ethernet connection No comport via usb either. -
I need SD card files for duet 3 6HC
Where can I download the SD cards file for duet 3 6HC I’m goin to run in stand alone mode

RE: Heater N/A after 3.0 update
its there
M950 H0 C"e0heat" T0 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 0
i also tried M563 P0 D0 F0 ; define tool 0
It still reads N/A
I believe the board is bad I tried going back to original config and firmware with the same results. The only reason i tried to upgrade firmware because power off resume stopped working with no changes at all to printer firmware or config.
