All good just copied my config for heaters from another machine. All working as it should.

Ok cos the end stop definition changes in V3.x.x so that each one has to be on its own line so was just checking

Yes thanksdisprooves my thoughts tho I was hoping it would have been a lot higher which would have been in line with the 2000 degrees reading but the fact it starts at 95 and steadily increases does suggest it not good.

I did not have the int_5v jumper in place. She is powering up now.

@bearer Yeah I have ordered a proper duet daughter board just had this on hand though I would see if it would work. I'll just wait till the real thing turns up. Thanks

@Dougal1957 Yep, you are right on there. I did not know about the daughterboard. I had a spare sensor so I put that in and I think it must be a pt1000 as the hotend heat current no reads 12c.

Failed to initialise RTD bad response from the sensor.

If you change the sensor to a thermistor you'll need to change the configuration as well. M305 P1 x200 is for a PT100.

The 6 pin is just power => connect to any fan connectors and the heater
The 8 pin are the sensors => z-probe and thermristor
