@dindo59 i doubt B4138 is the correct for a CR10. they should be B4092.

When do you see the temperature oscillation? If its during heating, have you PID tuned the bed and hotend?

@dindo59 if it's that far you then you have a wiring error and you are feeding 5V to the 3.3V rail. Correct your wiring before you cause permanent damage. If it's a Duet 2 then this is typically because the PanelDue ribbon cable is plugged into the wrong socket.
