As I said, you are printing a tiny object. If you want to increase the speed, you need to increase your acceleration and jerk settings so that it takes less time to reach your targeted speed. This includes your extruder settings. You can also try setting jerk policy to 1 to speed up transitions to travels by applying the jerk value to travels as well. M566 P1

Give that a try and watch for skipped steps.
It would also help you to figure out your hot ends volumetric melt rate limit. You can't successfully print any faster than the hot end can produce melted plastic.
