@wilriker Yeah I share those frustrations. I think Dozuki is really focused around guides rather than wiki pages... but it takes a long time to write a guide and its not appropriate for everything. Reference material is still better as a wiki.

Yes, the Duet 06 supports 4 additional drivers connected to the expansion connector. Two expansion boards were created to provide the extra drivers: the DueX4 (providing 4 more motors and heaters) and the Duet Shield (providing 2 more extruders and heaters). It is still possible to buy the Duet Shield from reprapltd.com. Or you can connect your own drivers to the expansion bus.

@allankisaiswaroop, you don't need to use the extruder output pins to control the valve, see my previous reply.

First of all, if you have any devices that produce heat internally or externally (hotend, heatbed, laser, spindle etc.) then it's not a good idea to leave the machine unattended. Yesterday my hotend heated to about 380 degrees because a faulty thermistor connection caused increased resistance, and bad measured temperatures.

If we put that aside, then you need to have either a VPN set up, or IP filtering

Once you've made all the changes you wish, you can either zip it all back up and upload that one file to the Duet via the DWC, or you can replace individual files in the /www directory.

Hint: If there is both a "whatever.xyz.gz" and a "whatever.xyz" file in /www, the .gz will be used. So either .gzip everything, or put the SD card in a PC/Mac and totally clean out the /www directory before putting your stuff in.
