Failed to figure it out from the datasheet: it would be fun to put an oscilloscope on various power, pin and gate lines to see the timing of the thing, but much too lazy to take the board out of my printer!
@paboman Old thread but dropping in to confirm the following works for me:
SD > DUET GND + GND > GND 5v > 5v CS > SPI0_CS0 MOSI > SPI0_MOSI SCK > SPI0_SCK MISO > SPI0_MISO

If there is a problem, it will manifest itself when you exercise stepper motors and possibly heaters on the X2.
