is it alive or dead

An NPN output sensor switches the ground wire of the output. So you can't use a buck converter like that to convert the output to a ground-referenced voltage suitable for feeding into the Z probe input or an endstop input. The correct way to connect an NPN-output sensor to a Duet is described in the wiki page on connecting Z probes.
It's not clear to me from your photos how you connected the capacitive sensor, buck regulator and Duet together, so I can't say what damage may have been done. If you provide close-up photos of the connection to the Duet and the connection to the capacitive sensor then I may be able to provide further advice.

Looks like the main processor is OK but not the WiFi module. You could try re-installing the WiFi firmware.

@dc42
can you tell me how ? -
If the wifi firmware is already on the SD card, sending M997 S1 will install it.

Set the line ending in YAT to LF only (in the Text Settings), then you will be able to read the responses more easily.

You didn't set the line ending in YAT to LF Only, so the response to M997 S1 was truncated, and I can't tell whether the firmware update succeeded or not.

@yaman, you still haven't set the YAT line ending properly. Go to Terminal, Settings, Text Settings, EOL Sequence.

@dc42
I think the WIFI module is dead
right now I make order new controller
but entail it's arrive can I replace with this

is will work if I change the old one with this ? -
I agree, the WiFi module is dead, because it failed to connect at all the baud rates that were tried. With the right tools (hot air desoldering equipment or very low melting point solder), it can be removed and then replaced. Don't try to remove it without one of those.
The ESP-12S that you linked to is the correct module. Or you can use the ESP-07S + external antenna, such as https://www.amazon.com/Chironal-ESP8266-ESP-07S-Wireless-Transceiver/dp/B07M7L1CGL/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1548322176&sr=1-12&keywords=esp-07s.
