duplicate files in macro and setting
-
All,
I upgraded my DUET WIFI to latest firmware (DUET WIFI BATCH 3).
I now face 4 issues- the version is still showing as 1.21 (see below)
- the files in MACRO, SETTING, and PLA are duplicated like if I was now able to call all the history
- the web browser complains of a 404 error
dwc.js:2 GET http://p3steel.local/rr_download?name=0:/sys/oem.json 404 (file not found) - diagnostic message requires to disconnect and reconnect to appear
See diagnostic below

- Upload the latest version of iap4e.bin through the Settings/General page of DWC, then try updating the firmware again.
- Do you mean that DWC is displaying every file twice, or something else?
- That 404 error is normal. You should only see the error message if you have the browser debugging console open. That file is used by some of our OEMs to customise DWC.
- That might be explained by the failure to upgrade the main firmware, if you also upgraded to the latest DWC.

@dc42 said in duplicate files in macro and setting:
iap4e
- This solves the issue, I now have
Firmware Name: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet
Firmware Electronics: Duet WiFi 1.0 or 1.01
Firmware Version: 2.02RC6(RTOS) (2018-12-15b2)
WiFi Server Version: 1.21
Web Interface Version: 1.22.5- This is solved
- Ok, so that's not an issue
- This is solved
Thanks!!
