The part number is ATSAM4E8EA-AU or -AN. It's available from several of the usual electronic component distributors - Farnell/element14/Newark, RS, Digikey, Mouser etc. - and from Microchip Direct. Part ATSAM4E8EB-AU or -AN will probably work too, but I don't think we have qualified it yet.
