Panel Due Not Working

Hi Everyone,
I am having issues with my Panel Due. It was working this morning and I finally go around to mounting it. The printer was powered off and when I powered it back up again, the screen was blank and it is completely unresponsive. I have connected it up to my computer, pressed the erase button, followed by the reset button and my computer can not find it. Anyone shed any light?

I should also mention it is a 7.0" v3 screen and when it does initially power up the screen gets a white line down the middle or top depending on how its feeling and then goes blank.

I have tried it with a different computer and it still does not find the board.

@samlogan87, is it the 7" integrated version, or the PanelDue controller board + separate screen?

Hi @dc42 it is an integrated one.
I should also note that I filed a warranty claim just in case as I could not get it working. I tried powering the board off the duet as well as connected to 3 different computers, with and without the data lines in between the Duet and screen and still no luck. Rolland has said he will send me out a new one, which is amazing service.
