Silicone heat bed, will this work?

So im having a right nightmare trying to fine perfectly flat 310 310 beds, the last one I got had a 1.5mm centre to edge deviation.... Bloody terrible...
Anyway as im getting some parts milled for my new build I might get the guy whos milling for me to mill me a new bed.
So that leaves me trying to find a way to heat it up...
I know how these work too well... but I found one designed for cr 10 beds above ^^^ (CR_10 bed is what ive designed my bed base to connect to...)
24v but has a watt rating of 500w.... Is that too much for the duet? Or will the duet run it fine?
If not this one can anyone recommend me an affordable option? Heck or even an affordable UK/Eu based store that sells CR10 type 310x310 24 v beds that are guaranteed flat?

One option in the UK is to use Ecocast aluminium for the bed plate, see https://www.aluminiumwarehouse.co.uk/aluminium-plate-cut-to-order, and order a silicone heater to your own size, voltage and power specifications from either Shenzen Ali Brother Technology (look them up on Ali Express) or Keenovo. I recommend about 0.4W heating power per sq cm, which comes to about 385W for 31cm square. You can get away with a little less, e.g. 350W will still heat up faster than most PCB bed heaters. If you go higher, you will need a thermal cutout to prevent the temperature exceeding 200C if the heater gets stuck on.
Choose a heater a little smaller than the bed plate, to leave a margin for fixings and bed clips.
Max recommend bed heater current for the Duet is 18A, which is around 430W @ 24V.

Thanks David, I guess one other question... can silicon heat pads be cut? (i know sounds strange) but I need screw mount holes about 45mm from the corners in...

No, but you could enquire whether you can have a silicone heater made with holes in those locations.

@mangy_dog Keenovo (which imho are the better product anyway) will do you a heater to your specs ie with the mounting holes in and will even put a hole in the centre so you can mount a temp sensor there. They will also do any type of temp sensor you wish in there heaters. If you go for an integrated temp sensor Keenovo always place it in the centre unless they are told otherwise.
