Suggestion for a new hardware revision

@dc42, How about a version where the emitter and sensors are at one end of the long axis and the header at the other end? At least in my case, a vertical "stick" arrangement would be a better fit.

The present design was made so that it can be fitted below the heatsink of a standard E3D V6 or compatible hot end, thereby allowing it to be placed closer to the nozzle.
