Heater & Temp Sensor Assignments & Re-Mapping

Hi,

What is the MCode mapping for the heaters,
Bed = ?
E0 (J11) = H0?
E1 = (J13) = H1?
E2 = ?

and the Thermistors,
Thermistor0 = BED TEMP
Thermistor1 = E0 TEMP
Thermistor2 = E1 TEMP

How do they map to the MCodes?
