Retraction settings where are they?

i have noticed that where the hot end starts a layer there is a hight increase to the rest and im thinking there must be some ozzing depositing more filament than needed at the beginning of the layer or at the beginning or a break in the layer
is there a way to stop this? -
Retraction settings are in your slicer; unless you have your slicer set to use firmware retraction, in which case they are set using the M207 command.

your slicer? does the web interface have a slicer??
as im still using Slic3r as a stand-alone thing then uploading the files to the sd card -
