      I am adding a revo + tool board to a new build and I wanted to know whether or not it was safe to power the E3D revo 5V hotend fan from the tool board? Specifically, I was thinking of using the IO_0 port to do so. Is this advisable or not advisable? Should I just use the E3D 24V->5V converter instead?

        @crpalmer if using the TOOL1LC then you should use the E3D converter. The TOOL1RR board for the Revo Roto extruder can drive the 5V fan directly.
