i can't get to the control page because it doesn't load
It sounds like your SD card may now have the files required for the web interface. What error message do you get when trying to reach the web control?
Can you show the contents of the SD card? Does it have a WWW folder in the root of the SD card? If so, what files does it have there?
At any rate, if it reports that it has firmware 3.5 installed you can manually replace the web control files on the SD card to be sure.
https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.5.1/DuetWebControl-SD.zip
Extract the contents of that zip file into the WWW folder on the SD card. Then see if the web control will display.

it took like 10 minutes to get that answer
You mean it took 10 minutes for it to reply to your command?
I see you are using serial tools, do you have a PC you could try using YAT on instead?
-
@Phaedrux the error i get is: the server where this page is located is not responding
-
Are you able to ping the IP address of the Duet?
-
@Phaedrux i don't know how to understand the results, but here
PING 192.168.1.14 (192.168.1.14): 56 data bytes

@zecreton have you run M552 without parameters from the serial terminal, to check that Ethernet is connected and configured at that IP address (192.168.1.14) ? The response should be:
Ethernet is enabled, configured IP address: 192.168.1.14, actual IP address: 192.168.1.14
-
@dc42 the mainboard doesn't answer to that command

192.168.1.14
How did you determine that was the IP address of the Duet?
-
@Phaedrux my usb-c bugged, i unplugged and plugged again and now it works
-
@Phaedrux Ethernet is enabled, configured IP address: 192.168.1.14, actual IP address: 192.168.1.14
-
Is your computer on the same subnet as the Duet? 192.168.1
-
@Phaedrux where do i see that?
-
I don't have any information about your computer/os setup, but you should be able to find directions from a quick google to determine your internal IP address.
-
@Phaedrux it is not the same
-
@Phaedrux how do i change it?
-
The computer must be connected to the same network as the Duet to be able to communicate with it.
-
@Phaedrux i don't understand, i only have one network
-
What is the IP address of your computer?
-
@Phaedrux it is 10.0.0.14 i think
-
If that is your internal IP address then your Duet isn't on the same network.
-
@Phaedrux if i connect my pc and the mainboard with an ethernet wire it should be the same right?
