Duex hadrware problem - E2-E6 outputs always ON
-
Hello
I have encountered a problem with a Duex board. It's connected to Duet 2 Ethernet with a tape. When I connect the power supply, all of the Duex heater outputs light on, with the last two glowing weeker. When I'm switching them by gcode, first 3 don't demonstrate any change, the last two minimally change their brightness.
My firmware version is:
FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 2.05 ELECTRONICS: Duet Ethernet 1.0 or 1.01 + DueX5 FIRMWARE_DATE: 2019-12-13b1Duex PCB version is: V0.11
The issue doesn't occur after replacing the Duex board.
In a comment, I will post the config. Here I place the board's picture.

When and where did you purchase the Duex?
Can you test the outputs with a multimeter to see if a voltage is present when the heaters are turned off?
-
I have tested it. On first 3, there is constant 24V on their pair of pins, not even light changes when i switch them. On the other two, voltage switches between 4-15 or 2-9 V, so when they are turned off their voltage never drops to zero.

@developerOI if you have swapped out the Duex5 and that one works then please contact warranty@duet3d.com
I see you bought this directly from Duet3D.
