12V under voltage event using MB6HC
-
Hey,
During the printing process, I experienced a 12V under voltage event, which caused the print to pause unexpectedly.
After that, I resumed the print, only to encounter another problem where the extruder hit the print bed.
I am reaching out to seek your expertise and guidance in understanding the potential causes of the 12V under voltage event and the subsequent extruder collision with the print bed.
I am using Duet Main Board 6HC with 24V Meanwell SMPS and it's output is 24V I have verified.

@R006 the likely reasons for undervoltage on the 12V rails are a dropout in the 24V supply, or overloading the 12V supply e.g. by using 12V fans that have a high starting current.

@dc42 but i have checked there is nothing wrong in machine.
so why it's happened?

Following that logic, you are victim of a miracle
