7" HDMI not responding to touch?

Hi All,
I am setting up a Duet3 with a Raspberry Pi 4. I have everything working fine when using keyboard and mouse, but no response to the touch.
Closest I could find on ebay at the moment was the following, but the USB sockets are labelled Power and Touch, rather than both Touch.

@DocTrucker I'd guess this is a touchscreen driver issue for the version of Linux the RPi is running. Really need the model number of the panel to find out if it is supported in Linux, or if it needs some other driver.

@droftarts Is that recovered from dmesg? There isn't much in the way of model numbers on the screen. The followingnpicture was mid way through cutting the lugs off before mounting.

@DocTrucker Sorry, don't know, I'm no Linux guru! How did you have it connected? Maybe both 'Power' and 'Touch' USB ports need to be connected to the RPi.
