[3.5.0-rc.1] DWC Integrated plugins still stuck at 3.5.0-beta.4

@Chrishamm I tried to clear the cache (I am using latest Firefox) but the plugins were still stuck. I then tried CTR+SHIFT+R with the same result.

When I updated my Duet 2 WIFIs to the latest I sent all of the new files at one time. That may have been my problem.

I reuploaded the DuetWebControl-SD.zip file alone to the Duets and they came up at 3.5.0-rc.1 immediately.

This was me being impatient, not an issue with your firmware.

@tas uploading a zip file and another file at the same time isn't supported by DWC. It should produce an error message if you try. I normally upload the new DuetWebControl-SD.zip file first, then when that has installed I upload the main and any expansion board binaries in one go.

@dc42 Thanks. I normally install them one at a time too but there was no error message on either machine.

Everything worked perfectly when I did them one at a time.

@tas thanks, I confirm that the error message that DWC used to generate when you upload a zip and a binary at the same time is no longer generated. One for @chrishamm to look at.

@tas @dc42 It looks like it depends on the order of files selected, if the first file is a ZIP, the error message still shows up. I've got a fix ready.
