Problem with Duet 3D 6HC v 1.02 after three test prints.
Hello everyone, I'm following the warranty troubleshooting process that the card supplier in Italy recommended to me.
If I'm in the wrong section of the forum, I apologize in advance but it's the first time I've written here.
Two nights ago I made my first three prints with a 3d printer powered by the Duet 3D 6HC v1.02 card.
Turned on again the following morning, initially I couldn't connect with the ethernet cable to the Duet 3D web interface, then I realized that a 3.3v led was no longer on.
I carried out the procedure described by the Duet 3D site at the page https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Troubleshooting/Duet_wont_respond
without positive outcomes.I have disconnected all the motors and all the wiring attached to the board leaving only the 24v power supply without success.
I also disconnected the 24v power supply and connected the board without anything connected to a pc via the USB-C port, unfortunately I noticed that only the 5v led and the USB led light up and no longer the led 3.3v
I attach configuration file.
I require assistance.
Thanks in advance.

@Italiano85 It sounds like the 3.3V regulator (U4) may have failed, but it could be that something is shorting out the 3.3V rail. With the board plugged into USB power, does U4 get hot? If so, remove the SD card, and check if the SD card socket, main processor and Ethernet jack are hot. Also, can you take a close up picture of U4? It looks from your photo that there is not much solder on the pins. U4 is located here:

After a few minutes the "U4" component reaches a temperature of approximately 32 degrees centigrade as shown in the photo.
I attach more photos with measurements.
