syntax error in M593 stops print

Currently trying to see how IS works on my IDEX (see other thread), I did manually adjust IS settings during the print. At one time I erroneously passed in the frequency as a string M593 P"mzv" F"40"which yielded Error: M593: expected number after 'F'. This is expected and fine. What I did not expect was the print to stop with the nozzle still heating sitting in place on the part.

I would expect the error to be logged and the print to be continued as before, or the print be cancelled (not preferred) and running cancel.g

This is on a Duet 3 mini 5+ running 3.5b2.
