Location of System files Duet 6XD with RPI

Hi all,
We are using Duet 3 6XD with RPI.
RPI is having micro SD card.
When we opened the sd card, we were unable to locate the sys files or macros files. SImply, the DUET configuration files were not present in the sd card.
Even we dont have SD card in DUET board also.
We were wondering where these files are located in RPI sd card?

Hi everyone
We've tried to find the location of folders on SD card, followed the documentation and checked each folder for the files . But couldn't figure out location of files on SD card.
I'm able to see the files on Duet Web Control and we've also given many prints.These were the only files on the SD card
Uploading files from DWC is time consuming
I need to upload folders in the SD card could you help with this..!Thank you

@techworld Its a Linux file system so you cant see them by plugging the SD card into a Windows computer
