DWC-3.5.0-b2: Gets Stuck w/ Incomplete Right Click Menu

I'm not sure what exactly gets it into this state. But, DWC gets weird and the right click menu doesn't have all the functions it should (download, edit, rename, delete). It only shows delete, and that doesn't function. You also cannot click the multi-select checkbox when it gets like this. Sometimes it only does this for one directory, but not another.
Reloading the DWC page temporarily fixes it.

Clear the cache, does it still happen?

Whether I clear the cache, or just reload the page, the behavior goes back to normal for some amount of time.

@CCS86 when this happens again please select developer tools in Chrome (or equivalent in firefox) and see what errors are reported in the console. Also please let us know what browser you are seeing this issue in.
