Duet mini5+ forgets config after power off >30secs

I have the problem that the board with paneldue 7i forgets my settings when I turn it off for lonnger, short on/off works mostly.
what I did:-generate the firmware with online tool
-connect duet mini 5+ with usb cable to pc
-starting terminal programm YAT--> connect-->OK
-type m552-->ethernet is disabled
-type m552 S1--->Ethernet is enabled, configured IP address: 0.0.0.0, actual IP address: 0.0.0.0 have to wait some time until dhcp gives me a ip--> getting connected with web browser
-click system --> then click upload system files --> choosing my downloaded zip file generated with online tool--> system unpacks the the files
-system asks for installing --> click yes --> system installs and panel due changes the look.at this point I am able to do motor movement, pid tuning hotend and buld plate...
but if i turn off the system for more than 30-60 seconds the system starts up likefor the first time an I have to do the whole prcess again.I noticed that the file config.g is missing in the beginning in the web control, after update process I have one.
The firmware update from 3.4 to 3.45 is still the actual one, this seems to be remembered.

@Simon-4 Sounds like an issue with the microSD card. Can you format and/or replace it?

I had two boards one with wifi and one ethernet. I tried it with both sd cards, but same behaviour.
But I will do the format procedure as described in your wiki. -
Can you gather an M122 report from it with a known working SD card inserted?

Possibly. Did the config.g file disappear again?
The M122 report would tell if the SD card is actually being detected properly or not.

SD card media can be fickle. Let us know if you encounter any other issues.
