in the usb terminal? That will force a reflash of the wifi module. -

@Dillon-Brown I then tried M552 S1 and wifi went idle with no known networks found

@Dillon-Brown I may have to call spectrum and get them to direct away from my 5 ghz network again

Have you sent the M587 command to add your wifi SSID and password?
And yes, it will only connect to a 2.4ghz access point.
