Is it supported to connect AD8495 with thermocouple to duet 0.85?
When yes: which pins and which G-code do i have to use?

The firmware does not support the AD8495 or other analog thermocouple interfaces. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Connecting_thermocouples for the digital interfaces we support. The MAX31856 boards are preferred to the older MAX31855 boards.
