PID Auto Tune Failed

Hi, I am attempting to Auto Tune my heater using PID. I am rather new to this, hope someone might be able to help me.
Error Message:
Warning: heater behaviour was not consistent during tuning
Warning: Auto tune of heater 0 failed due to bad curve fit (R=0.334 K=3.548:0.000 D=2.90) -
@akyholicx with a R value of 0.334 and a K value of 3.548, the maximum temperature rise that the heater can produce is less than 10C. That's why tuning has failed. In your M303 command, what S value did you use?
Are you perhaps using a 24V bed heater with a 12V power supply?
