multiple extuders commands do not support metacode anymore

Hi,
this command m92 e{move.extruders[0].stepsPerMm}:1333 has been working for me in 3.0
but it does not in 3.3RC3
nor any other commands with eXXX:YYY

P.S. m92 e{move.extruders[0].stepsPerMm} works as expected

@chernogorsky it should still work in standalone mode, but it has never worked in SBC mode.
