Repetier isn't a slicer. Which slicer in Repetier are you using? If I remember right, it has Cura, Slic3r and Skeinforge. Cura has issues that you have been told about in another thread you had going.
-
what size pullys do you have on that printer your steps/mm seem to be odd also is it GT2 belt or MXL.
87.489 is a strange Steps/mm figure also what type of thread is on you Z Axis (Diam and Pitch plus thread type please).
-
87.489 is correct for the MXL belts and pulleys on the Ormerod printer. I presume they are 18 tooth pulleys.
However, most printers use GT2 belts and pulleys, not MXL.

stock cheep chineese tevo tarantula printer gt2 belt, and found in repatier were it was using cura as slicer i changed to slic3r prusia edition ,will try after work. and the printer settings are from the RRF configeration tool default settings for cartisian printer

duel z
T82 lead screw 375 mm 8mm with brass copper
upgradded pullys
GT2 20Teeth 3mm Bore Aluminum Timing Belt Idler Pulley
and upgradded to duel y with 10mm rods instead od 8mm
and
Corrosion-Resistant Ball Bearing Carriages and Guide Rails for x axis industrial grade not cheep amazon MGN12
other than that stock

For GT2 pulleys with 20 teeth, the X and Y steps/mm should be 80. For a leadscrew with 2mm lead driven direct from the motor with no reduction, the Z steps/mm should be 1600.

ok printing best prints ever finnally, was 1600mm steps for z and i opened my old merlin folder and just copied old settings and runs great now thank you.
