duet3mini additional 2 stepper mini board

Hi everyone,

would be great if you could add the "+2 stepper" mini board for the new duet3mini in the

https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Mapping

and expand the corresponding endstop-pins for multi-z-aixs-setup (no endstops show up for all drives after the 3rd one...)
