Hi all
OK, so quite some time back I managed to make a groundloop between my PC and my duet board - I have since replaced one of the mosfets that I saw was fried, but USB power, nevertheless, does not work anymore. When connected to 24V DC, the board lights up; but I suspect I need to flash firmware, as no other lights (apart from 3 red; and a FAINT blue one on the wifi portion) lights up.
Is there a way to flash it without using the USB port?
I have included a png of the board - the RED circle, I have not gotten the correct replacement part (it was nice and crispy after the dreaded white smoke); and the yellow part I did replace (was also nice and crispy)
Any/all help appreciated!

The part circled in red is the diode that feeds 5V USB power to the Duet. If it's failed open circuit then the Duet won't be able to get power from USB. If it's failed short circuit then it will, but connecting USB as well as VIN power would be more risky than usual.
Have you measured the voltage on the +3.3v rail, the output from the regulator that you replaced? When that regulator gets hot or fails, that usually means that you had over-voltage on the 3.3v rail. The first additional components to fail are usually the WiFi module and the SD card. So check whether they are getting hot. The faint blue LED on the WiFi module suggests to me that it has failed.
In theory the MCU can be flashed though the PanelDue port using Bossa, but I've never tried it. You would need a USB serial-to-3.3V converter.
