The up to 4 MAX31865 chips are supported on the temerature daughterboard header, using CS pins CS1,CS2,CS3 and CS4. If you are using our PT100 daughter board then CS1 and CS2 refer to the MAX31865 ICs on the first daughterboard and CS3 and CS4 refer to the second daughterboard.
In RRF 3.x you need to setup the temperature sensor
to use the appropriate CS pin

so this is the board I have I know it's not the duet but it's still the 31865 I'm just trying to figure out if my wiring is correct

sdi/mosi

rdy/not applicableso I pretty much got it figured out just need to know what vin gets connected to 3v on duet or stays open with nothing

@bks31 you connect VIN to 5v and not connect 3.3V or you leave VIN not connected and connect 3.3V to 3.3V of Duet

yes that looks right and use 3.3V so the signal levels are correct for the Duet.

also I have two of these boards will I be able to stack them on top with same pins except the cs pin and use cs2 for another board -
