What thermistor do you have? These values may not be correct for your thermistor.
If you're unsure, try changing B4138 to B3950.

Based on a quick google it looks like B3950 should work better.

tomorrow change value and tell if have solve, have list with all code thermistore? have gcode for test thermistore o for see correct number

With that overshoot in temperature I have to wonder if it's a problem with using a 12volt heater cartridge on a 24volt system.

Can you please measure the resistance of the heater cartridge?
Are you sure the heater is 24v?
