3.2.0-beta3 requires a DWC Emergency stop to be able to print

3.2.0-beta3 requires a DWC emergency stop to be able to print. Fired up the printer today, start print, H0 to 65C, H1 to 220C, the H1 heatup fails and goes to 2000C and the parts cooling fan goes to 100%. The Toolboard 1LC doesn't get configured properly on when the printer is turn on. Only happpens when first turned on.
Beta3 is on the Duet 3 and 1LC.
PI4 is powered by an Meanwell 5vdc power supply, Duet 3 not receiving or sending 5vdc to Pi4.
Pressing the reset button on the Duet 3 doesn't reset the Toolboard 1LC, but the emergency stop in DWC does.
Didn't do a M122 B121 after first power up.

Please upgrade to beta4. Your M122 report shows beta3.2, but beta4 is now current.
-
If the startup problem (tool board not getting initialised) persists when using beta4, please try adding a G4 S1 command in config.g before the first command that refers to the tool board, to give the tool board more time to start up after receiving power.
-
If you get another uncommanded reset of the tool board when running beta4, please post the M122 report again.

@dc42 Finally installed beta4, didn't see that the 1LC had to be updated first. Did an emergency stop, H1 would fail while heating up to 220C. Added the G4 S1 before the extruder stepper define. Did the edit reset and it still took an emergency stop for H1 to heatup to 200C. Will update if it still happens on the next cold startup.

@dc42 Fired up today, it's failing to get H1 to 220C, then 2000C and parts cooling fan goes to 100%.
Replaced thermister, no change.
Running parts cooling fan off of 24vdc. + of Power In connector, ground to out2. Also, the parts cooling fan would start running again after boot was finished.
So I changed the parts cooling fan back to 12v off out2. H1 now heats up fine on initial boot.
Looks like a 24v connection doesn't work. Since you can run lower voltage fans with separate power supply with a common ground. I figured it would work for a 24v fan on the Toolboard 1LC. Somehow the ground of out2 connection doesn't like to ground 24v.

After a shutdown, reinstalling the extruder assembly back on the printer. Fired it up and it still can get to 220C, no errors.
