M566 X1600 Y500 Z24 E300 ; Set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min)
M203 X30000 Y1600 Z300 E1500 ; Set maximum speeds (mm/min)
M201 X1500 Y1500 Z300 E5000 ; Set accelerations (mm/s^2) is 500I think it may be a combination of the large mismatch in X Y speeds and jerk.
Try
M566 X600 Y600 Z60 E3000 ; Set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min) M203 X12000 Y12000 Z600 E6000 ; Set maximum speeds (mm/min) M201 X600 Y600 Z300 E5000 ; Set accelerations (mm/s^2) is 500 M204 P600 T2000 ; set print and travel move accel

before i make those changes i thought id ask you this i installed a ball screw on the y axes its a 16/10 pitch...dose that impact it at al las far as the spread or figures
-
my bad for not sayin
-
The settings I posted should be ok for ball screw axis as well. The rotational inertia of the ball screws may be contributing to the ringing. Either way, the settings I posted may help.
-
Thank you will reprint the benchy the the rinning stl
-
-
The x makes me think that ive got a belt issue
I can say its prety tight and the idler bearing is smooth because thats what i could find and thought the smooth one proably would resonate less ????? -
So much better
-
It's better now?
-
Yes much thank you i think i still need to play with the hotend cooling duct. Thank you what do you think about the lines. The x axes belt ?????
-
80% maybe 90% !!
-
I would say that it's still likely mechanical in nature. Ball screw has a lot of rotational mass, so trying to get it up to speed and slow down quickly is going to be tricky.
Try
M566 X600 Y400 Z60 E3000 ; Set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min) M203 X12000 Y12000 Z600 E6000 ; Set maximum speeds (mm/min) M201 X600 Y400 Z300 E5000 ; Set accelerations (mm/s^2) is 500 M204 P500 T2000 ; set print and travel move accel
And if the travel moves seem harsh, try reducing M204 T2000 to T1500
-
One at a time ??
-
All at once?
-
Done rerunning cube
-
Again 50% better again
the tip of the benchy is curling up slightly. Defiferent . Prob... Fan or heat both just askin can play with that later??
I was wondering if you had a fan speed stl. With the changes allready in it.
I could also use one for temp ..i know there are ones on thingavers but dont trust myself to make slicer
Changes on the fly tupe thing beleive that might come in the future ðĪŠ -
The benchy hull curling is a real challenge for cooling. The model is also very small, so it benefits from printing at lower temps. A good fan duct will help a lot.
Sliced gcode files aren't very portable between printers, so be wary of running someone else's gcode. Always best to slice yourself.
For things like variable change test towers you can manually change the parameter while watching the print if you're not comfortable with editing the gcode.
Cura and PrusaSlicer both have options to add a gcode command the layer height that makes it easy.
