Raspberry Pi4 crash

Weird behaviour yesterday.
I was launching a printing session and suddenly Y axe made a noisy movement and I wasn't able to connect all the system through the Raspberry. The SD card seemed to have crashed or/and corrupted all data.
I reflashed it with DuetPi and I was able to connect all the system.
What's the problem ? -
I've never heard of this exact problem before but I think Raspbian updated the kernel a few weeks ago because there were a few glitches in it. I suggest you upgrade your system to the latest version as well (see here). If it happens again with an up-to-date system, try replacing the microSD card.
