swapped the fan plugs and now the front one is on.
so when i do home all, everything goes to where it is supposed to but the z is at 0 at the top, so it cant go lower right? shouldnt it home at 300 something? im having issues moveing the bed.
when i send a print the print head crashes for a bit, then it goes around like its printing but no fillament comes out.
Ran the M302 P1 and nothing happened.

@Phaedrux
when i hit z+ it tries to go up right now, and its already at the top from homing. -

+Z should move the bed down. If that's not the case, we need to change the direction of rotation of the z motor like we did with the X Y.
;drives M569 P2 S1 ; physical drive 2 goes forwards
Change that to S0 and test again that +z moves the bed down.

That could just be it homing again because there is a G28 in the start gcode. If it's already at the endstops it will back off slightly and then home again. Then it will try and do the prime line part, and then start the print. So as long as it ends up moving around the center area of the bed I think that's ok.

Ok we need to see if the extruder motor is actually working. After you send
M302 P1
that allows the extruder motor to move without being heated up. So if you have removed the filament you should be able to test the motor by sending extrude commands from the web interface. -
the extrude and retract buttons are greyed out on the web interface even after the M302 P1 command
-
How bout if you heat up the hotend to 180?
-
@Phaedrux got it up to 160 and now i can retract and extrude

Warning: Tool 0 was not driven because its heater temperatures were not high enough or it has a heater fault -
@Phaedrux
at 180 seems to be working. i can see it moving -
Alright, so at least we know the extruder is moving and extruding now.
Next you should go through the extruder calibration to set the correct steps per mm.

so retract is pushing out filament and extrude is pulling it back......
-
In that case we must change the motor direction once again
M569 P3 S1 ; physical drive 3 goes forwards
Change S1 to S0
-
I was able to print! My temp tower didn’t come out so hot though. What sorta things do I need to look into to fix?

Now that you have things working somewhat, you should go through the following guides to confirm correct operation and then do some calibration steps.

And

Went through them both and it helped a bunch but I feel like there is still some room for improvement. Thoughts?
