Heater LEDs always on- pic attach

i attach here a reference to similar problem(below).

i tried to take out the SD card and it still ON.
i checked with a multi-meter and it seems to that the mosfet terminal is always getting 24v.
im not using any heaters in my setup or in my config file. there no heaters mentioned there.

It's odd that 4 of the 5 heater LEDEs are on but the 5th is off. Possible causes are either two blown ICs (U9 and U10 on the DueX5) or problems in the config.g file.
Is either of those ICs getting hot?
Please post your config.g file.

im not using any heaters and disable heaters (with M140 H-1 ; no bed heater) still one day out of no ware they turned on the leds.
look like the heaters mosfet stucks on.
any suggestions? could it be back to normal somehow?
