temperatures 20 degrees too high
-
Hello sorry a newbie here, got duet wifi on ender 3. Mostly seems fine except the temperatures thermistors are reading about 20 degrees C higher than they actually are, please advise how to calibrate this, thank you

To help, it's necessary to know:
- which firmware version is used
- which are the config.g settings
- which termistor type is used
- how did you measure the real temperature/why do you think it's wrong
- is it the hotend or heatbed thermistor
For intial help there is a wiki page: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_thermistors_or_PT1000_temperature_sensors

That link probably has the instructions i need. It is obvious because at rest in a 20 degree room it is showing 40 on both sensors, and increasing bed temperature to 50 barely warms the plate. Will go thru the instructions and respond if need help. thank you.

Most likely you have an incorrect R parameter in the M305 or M308 commands in config.g. Simplest is to remove the R parameter completely, because the firmware knows the correct value for your Duet.
