io pins in the duet expansion breakout board
-
Hi guys i need an output pin, i saw that in the expansion connector you can find heater 3 to 7, and if i'm not wrong those pins can be used as output with the M42 code after to disable it with M307 code.
In this connector i have a duet expansion breakout board and i used heater 6 pwm connector, heater 7 pwm connector, drive 5, 6, 7 connector too.
Where could i find the heater 3,4,5 pin on this breakout board?
The enable pins in the drive 8-9 connector, can be used like output pins?

thanksThe other heater outputs are not broken out on the expansion breakout board. You could solder wires to the back of the pins of the 50 way connector on the breakout board, or clamp a third connector on to the ribbon cable. There is no easy way to use the spare stepper driver outputs as GPIO.
