Wiring Diagram - using 12V fans on a 24V system

i have been asked a few times, how to to use 12V fans on a 24v system.
Although Its a very simple task, yet i have found no easy wiring diagram, so i made one.

For the +12 VFan connection to the board, the Duet's standard 3 pin connector fits very well (Molex KK, aka KF2510).
