Try to get new firmware on PanelDue 7"

Hi I have try to follow this: https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/paneldue/ But now I have a blank display, and can get in touch with it?
What Can I do to, get it back to "normal"?
I can see in Device Manager under USB: is say Unknown USB Device (request for device description failed), Do I miss a driver? -
Did you successfully run bossac or bossa to upload new firmware to the PanelDue, or didn't it get that far?

No success with this, i try bossac but it say no device found on com1, but listcomports.exe say com1?

I found the error, I used a USB extension, never do this.. It works now
