PanelDue5i all grey screen with lines

I recently purchased a PanelDue5i from PrintedSolid. After around 5 hours of use the screen went grey with lines on it, this happened while the printer was printing and unattended. Facebook suggested re-flashing firmware but that hasn't resolved the issue. I have noticed that after I hit "Erase" it the screen will be all white, and after I flash the latest firmware I get solid black lines down the middle, if I flash an older version I seem to get slightly different lines. The screen is still responsive in this state and makes beeps for where the buttons should be. Is there something else I can try to get it working or is it dead?

It looks like the screen has failed. Ask your supplier to replace it.
